- 1 November 2018. The Japanese firm Muji presented an autonomous minibus, the Gacha Shuttle Bus.
- 19 November 2018. Carlos Ghosn, who was previously awarded the Palme d’Or by the Festival Automobile International, was arrested in Tokyo. The head of the Renault Nissan Alliance since 1999, he appointed the design directors for the two brands during the last 20 years, including Shiro Nakamura at Nissan and Laurens van den Acker at Renault.
- 30 November 2018. The Los Angeles Auto Show opened its doors, with several major new models in store, and in particular the Porsche 911 Carrera and Audi e-Tron GT.
